TLGB Housing Development
Just Love Housing Project
Just Love Collaborative aims to address the housing insecurities in our community. We want to identify what exists currently and the areas of opportunity to improve the resources presently available. Additionally, we are now looking for strategic partners interested in working alongside Just Love to support Housing Development needs in the South.
Health and Wellness facility
Just Love U Project
Just Love is in the early stages of a TGNC Health and Wellness brick-and-mortar facility. The Just Love Health and Wellness center would be the first of its kind to exist in the South and Led by Black Trans Folx. The center will house Fitness equipment, Massage Therapy, Nutrition services, Personal Training, and evaluation, in addition to a Holistic healing space.
Small Business Incubator
Just Love BYOB Project
The Just Love BYOB (Be Your Own Boss) Project will support folx who currently run a business or folx who are interested in starting a business. The incubator will not only provide one-on-one coaching and development support, but the project will also provide seed funding to support integral foundational elements needed to create and maintain a thriving business. This Project may be virtual or in-person depending on needs of the individual and resources available.

Bridge Builders for Women and Girls of Color
Just Love Collaborative supports and builds bridges for Self-Identified Women and Girls of Color, prioritizing Women and Girls of Trans Experience. We provide holistic support, tools, and resources needed to bring about genuinely impactful changes we may all desire. As Just Love is in the soft launch phase, we are currently building out programming, creating needs assessments, and fundraising. Upon completing a recent landscape analysis, we identified several underserved/underresourced focus areas. As such, Just Love Collaborative has elevated three flagship initiatives.

Our mission is to support the development and advancement of women and girls of color. We focus on the whole person fortifying self-love while simultaneously building skills to create and sustain a greater quality of life. Founded in 2021 in Dallas, TX, Just Love Collaborative will start in TX and plans to grow in the Southern US before becoming a National and eventually Global entity.

Jade Lenore LeDuff, (She, Her)
As an educator, trainer, consultant, and public speaker, Jade is fulfilling a lifelong purpose of being Love and Light!
Jade created Just Love Collaborative to provide holistic, person-centered, and love-centered resources for Women and Girls of Color. Love, inspiration, and motivation seemed to be a missing component of resources and tools provided in philanthropic resource spaces. Throughout her journey of life and her experiences in philanthropy she realized that this organization needed to be formed. She has made strides to ensure every engagement is a memorable experience. Jade places a large emphasis on delivering holistic, human being-centered, honest and integral content. She understands that when folx show up as themselves, engaging fully in the process, and truly invest in oneself, we can begin to be the change we want to see in the world. She hopes that by modeling a human-being-centered organization dynamic, others will see the value, and benefit of showing up while implementing the Just Love Principles.
